About Chris Gray
Drawing on almost two decades of industry experience, Chris oversees growth and operations at GRA while also working directly with clients to strategize and manage the sales of their communities.
Chris has brought to market dozens of new home developments, with units totaling over 2,300 and a market value of more than $1.5B. He has deep, project-level experience in mixed-use, high-rise condominium, townhome, single-family, adaptive re-use, and live-work product types in both suburban and infill locations throughout the major Southern California markets.
Sales teams on Chris’s past projects have earned numerous regional and national awards including Sales Rookie of the Year (SoCal and NAHB), Sales Person of the Year (SoCal), Sales Team of the Year (SoCal) and Sales Manager of the Year (SoCal).
Chris has twice been honored with the National Association of Home Builders (NAHB) Silver Award for Marketing Director of the Year and in 2011 he was honored as the Marketing Director of the Year by NAHB.
Chris completed his undergraduate studies at The University of Arizona with a degree in Business and Marketing in 2003, and earned a Master of Real Estate Development degree from the University of Southern California in 2011.
